Tuchi is a 9 year old, 15.1HH non-registered paint mare who has a solid, straight, and thick build without compromising athleticism. She comes from a pleasure and trail background, but is SO quiet and sane that she can easily do it all! 

Tuchi has extensive desensitizing done and is the kind of ride who takes everything in stride. From obstacle work, to outdoor riding, roping, arena work, and cattle jobs, the options are endless with this girl! She would thrive in any number of events and disciplines from cowboy challenge to trail riding, ranch work, penning/sorting, gymkhanas — or throw an English saddle on her and enjoy her that way!

Tuchi has exceptionally polite ground manners — she catches easily, leads, loads, ties, stands for the farrier, and doesn’t move a muscle for mounting. She lunges beautifully, knows how to move her hips and shoulders based on your body language, and is soft and responsive to your vocal cues. 

Under saddle, this girl is soft in her face, slows off your seat, and will carry you through anything you can throw at her — plus, she has one of the smoooothest trots and lopes! She knows basic body control, is extremely confident in indoor settings, has trail miles from various settings, and has crushed through lots of different outdoor riding. And, while Tuchi hasn’t been used for any official ranch work, she rides through cows and is more than happy to stand up to a mean momma. She has also had ropes swung off of her and would make the PERFECT ranch parter for someone who wants to finish her off in that direction! 

Tuchi has absolutely no soundness issues or limitations. She is an easy keeper (hay in winter, grass in summer), has tough hooves, lives barefoot, and is on 24/7 pasture turnout. She has one small, purely cosmetic scar on her right rear (only the hair and skin was scraped off) but is otherwise completely clean legged. Tuchi also has some of the coolest markings you’ll ever see! With an interrupted dorsal stripe, she gets compliments everywhere she goes!
